Description 

The 6R140 oil pump with PTO capability is a new Ford part. This oil pump uses a double roller bearing system with a sleeve over the stator to support the oil pump, the same pump we use in our Stock+ – Competition Billet 6R140 models. Shown in the 2nd image you can see the secondary roller bearing sleeve, this supports the torque converter rather then the oil pump stator supporting the torque converter allowing more consistent and reliable transmission performance. The PTO capable oil pump for the 2011-2019 6R140 is recommended by us, rather then the non-PTO oil pump on account for its reliability and strength.

Installation

This product does not come with a dust seal. Remove the pump from the packaging and ensure there are no dents or damages to the product. Next set the pump on its front stator and grease the inner bushings with a transmission assembly lube. Secondly install the dust seal and oil the sealing rings as well as the overdrive shaft seals. Simply line up the bolt holes and carefully press the pump into its position. Torque the eight 8×1.25 bolts to 20ft.lbs.
