Fulfillment and Returns
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Shipment tracking is available on request.
For transmissions builds we generally charge $400 to cover shipping both ways.
If an order shipment is delayed, we will communicate with you about the delay.
Business days are Monday through Friday. US holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
We ship orders through UPS or UPS freight, depending on the weight of the order’s products. We do not ship outside the continental United States.
Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates only. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if UPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
We offer a 30-day no core-charge policy. Many products do require a core in exchange. You have 30 days from delivery of your order to return the core to avoid a core charge.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
If you ask us to cancel your entire order before we have shipped it, we will refund the full amount of your order with shipping, less 3% to cover credit card fees.
If your order is not acceptable due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, contact us by phone at (814) 425-1306 or by email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace the item or refund your payment including shipping cost, at our discretion.
If you change your mind after receiving your order and ask for a refund, contact us within 15 days to arrange a return. You are responsible for return shipping via UPS or freight, as needed. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
The balance of any refund will be returned to the same method of payment for the original order.
We guarantee all products to be free from defects.
If a product is found to be defective, contact us by phone at (814) 425-1306 or by email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement of the product, or a refund including shipping cost, at our discretion.
Our transmission builds include a 1-year unlimited* warranty, and a 4-year parts warranty. They also include a 5-year torque converter warranty. The 1-year unlimited warranty is only valid if vehicle is used for the following: towing, daily transportation, and dyno tuning. Any drag racing, sled pulling, or unnecessary acts of hooning will not be covered by our 1-year unlimited warranty. Product must be installed by an authorized auto shop or diesel shop, or the warranty is not valid.
